Features in the 3.6.1 release include:

AirPlay to external monitor or AppleTV is enhanced to show full screen of the image area only. Controls remain on the iPhone or iPad along with normal image area. 

Music player command added to status bar menu icon This is only on the iPad. Commands are now ‘Library, Save, Record, Music’.

Video loading error is corrected. Videos play automatically after load. Pause/Play button appears on the top status bar when video or animation exists.

Improved error logging is added for possible data save errors to iCloud. 

App now allows rotation to both portrait and landscape device orientations.

Adaptations have been added in several spots for the iOS26 ‘Liquid Glass’

Random stack command has been optimized to adjust filter default settings to always produce output.

Copy/Paste edit command has been added. Copy from the Photos app stickers. FreeForm or other sketching apps supporting copy can now be pasted into Rift Effects. On the iPhone an edit button is added to the status bar. On the iPad the copy/paste menu commands are found on the standard menu bar added in iOS26.
